What is a CoolPeel treatment like?

Your esthetician will use a numbing cream for comfort. The laser treats the skin at a high-speed rate. This fast application of the laser prevents damage to other critical surrounding structures to significantly decrease downtime while still providing the expected results. 

When will I start to see results?

After 3-4 days, you should notice a new glow to your skin. Unlike other resurfacing treatments, CoolPeel doesn’t cause heavy peeling or scabbing. Your pores will begin to appear smaller, while wrinkles and blemishes will start to fade. The skin continues to improve over a series. We generally start with a series of 3, although more maybe necessary. You should expect to be a little red, as if you have sunburn for a day or two, but nothing should prevent you from returning to your normal daily activities.  Your skin may feel dry and scaly as it heals so it is important to keep the skin hydrated.
